- Services provided by CarrotSmurfs through CarrotSmurfs.com, including Premium Accounts and Boosting Services designed to enhance the League of Legends experience.
1.6. Solo Boosting:
- A service where a professional booster plays on the user’s account to reach a target rank or division.
1.7. Duo Boosting:
- A service where the user plays with the booster without sharing account access, allowing the user to climb ranks while maintaining full control.
1.8. Rank Boost:
- A service where a booster plays on a user’s account to achieve a higher rank or division (e.g., Gold IV to Platinum IV).
1.9. Win Boost:
- A service guaranteeing a specific number of match victories. Losses are compensated with additional games to meet the purchased total.
1.10. Placement Boost:
- A service where a booster plays the user’s placement matches to achieve a strong initial ranking.
1.11. Normal Games Boost:
- A service where a professional booster plays on the user’s account or alongside them in normal (non-ranked) League of Legends matches.
- Wins are not guaranteed, as the purpose of this service is casual gameplay, experience farming, or warm-up practice.
1.12. Champion Mastery Boost:
- A service where a booster plays on the user’s account using a specific champion to achieve the desired Champion Mastery level or grade.
- This service focuses on increasing mastery points and improving the selected champion’s standing.
1.13. Premium Accounts:
- League of Legends accounts sold directly by CarrotSmurfs — with no third-party sellers involved — verified for quality, safety, and performance.
1.14. Elo Boosting:
- A form of Boosting Service that helps users reach higher ranks or divisions in League of Legends competitive play.
1.15. Business Day:
- Any weekday when commercial banks are open, excluding weekends and official holidays.
1.16. Store Credit:
- A digital balance added to a user’s CarrotSmurfs account for future purchases (1 Store Credit = 1 Euro).
1.17. Coupon Code:
- A promotional code issued by CarrotSmurfs or its partners that provides discounts or special offers.
1.18. Partners:
- Affiliates or influencers collaborating with CarrotSmurfs LLC to promote League of Legends services.
1.19. Payment Provider:
- Third-party providers that securely process payments on behalf of CarrotSmurfs.
1.20. Geographic Availability:
- CarrotSmurfs operates in accordance with U.S. law. Some services may not be available in regions where third-party boosting or account selling is restricted.
2. Services We Offer
- CarrotSmurfs provides professional League of Legends digital services designed to enhance your gaming experience.
2.1. Premium Accounts
- We sell high-quality League of Legends accounts directly, with no third-party involvement. Each account is verified for safety, authenticity, and reliability to ensure a secure purchase and smooth gameplay experience.
2.2. Boosting Services
- We offer trusted League of Legends boosting services, connecting users with skilled, verified boosters to help them achieve their desired ranks, divisions, or in-game goals.
- All orders are handled through a secure and transparent system to ensure both safety and satisfaction for users and boosters.
3. Disclaimer
3.1. CarrotSmurfs is not affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games, Inc. or any other game developer or publisher. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.
3.2. CarrotSmurfs acts as a service platform, connecting users with verified boosters for League of Legends. We do not provide boosting directly; instead, we ensure all services are performed safely, securely, and professionally.
3.3. All premium accounts sold on CarrotSmurfs come exclusively from our verified internal team — never from third-party sellers or resellers. This guarantees authenticity, safety, and full ownership transfer.
3.4. CarrotSmurfs does not operate a marketplace and does not facilitate sales between independent sellers and users.
3.5. By using our services, you agree to communicate with CarrotSmurfs only through our official channels, including email, live chat, or Discord.
3.6. Users must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in their jurisdiction to use our services. If acting on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm you have full authorization to do so.
4. Account Registration
4.1. User Accounts
To create an account on CarrotSmurfs.com, users must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. CarrotSmurfs is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or false information provided during registration, Also users must ensure they have full legal rights to use our services in their jurisdiction. CarrotSmurfs does not guarantee that boosting services are lawful in all countries
4.2. Account Suspension and Termination
CarrotSmurfs reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms of Service, attempts to compromise platform security, or engages in fraudulent or abusive activity.
If an account is suspended due to such violations, any remaining balance or service access may be withheld.
4.3. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
CarrotSmurfs may conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to confirm user identity and comply with legal or security standards.
Failure to complete KYC verification, when requested, may result in suspension or cancellation of active services or transactions.
5. Purchases on the Website
5.1. Available Products and Services
- Users can purchase digital services offered by CarrotSmurfs, including League of Legends Boosting Services and Premium Accounts.
- By completing a purchase, users agree to these Terms of Service and all related policies of CarrotSmurfs.
5.2. User Information Requirements
- For Solo Boosting, users must provide their account login credentials and Summoner Name.
- For Duo Boosting, only the Summoner Name is required.
- For Premium Accounts, users will receive account credentials automatically after payment confirmation.
5.3. Order Management and Client Area
After making a purchase, users can access their Client Area to:
- Manage or update order details (e.g., change account info, pause service and more).
- Track real-time progress.
- Schedule sessions and communicate with boosters directly.
If a selected Change Booster an order, it will be automatically reassigned to another available booster.
5.4. Transaction Agreement
- Each purchase forms a binding agreement between the user and CarrotSmurfs.
- CarrotSmurfs reserves the right to adjust product availability, pricing, or service features at any time.
- By purchasing digital content, Users acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and waive any applicable withdrawal rights, where permitted by law.
6- Order Processing for Boosting Services
6.1. The agreement between the User and CarrotSmurfs for Boosting Services remains in effect until the User’s order has been fully completed — including reaching the specified rank, division, number of wins or games, or the desired mastery level for Champion Mastery.
6.2. If a User buys a Boosting Service and stays inactive, such as going offline or not communicating with the Booster or CarrotSmurfs (Service Provider) for more than 30 days, CarrotSmurfs (Service Provider) can cancel the order and end the agreement. In these cases, any unused credit linked to the order will be taken as an administration fee. There will be no refunds or reactivations after the order is canceled due to long inactivity.
6.3. By purchasing a Boosting Service (e.g., Ranked Solo Queue), the User agrees not to play the selected game mode until the Booster finishes the order. If the User plays the selected mode and loses, CarrotSmurfs (Service Provider) can charge for the equivalent losses. If the User refuses to pay, CarrotSmurfs (Service Provider) may change the order into Store Credit based on a fair calculation of the remaining balance. The User can then use this Store Credit to buy any other service or product on the platform.
6.4. By buying a Boosting Service, the User agrees their account must be eligible and ready for the selected game mode. This includes meeting any required prerequisites, such as finishing normal games before placement matches on new accounts or playing the necessary number of games to clear ranked penalties. The User must fulfill these requirements before the Boosting Service starts.
6.5. If the User's account earns less than +14 LP per win, CarrotSmurfs (Service Provider) can ask for an extra payment equal to 20% of the order value or convert the order into a Win Boosting Service based on the per-win pricing calculator. If the account earns +10 LP per win or less, the cost of the Boosting Service may double or convert to Win Boosting using the same per-win calculation method. This adjustment ensures fair payment for the Booster's additional effort and time needed to complete the service.
6.6. If your KDA is below 1.6 in any Duo Boosting service or if you display toxic behavior that affects the service, CarrotSmurfs (Service Provider) can change your order to Solo Boosting at the same price. You will have 48 hours to accept the change; otherwise, your order will be put on hold with no refund.
6.7. For Normal Games Boost and Champion Mastery services, CarrotSmurfs guarantees only the completion of the agreed number of games or Champion desired levels, not specific win rates or match outcomes.
6.8. If your account is in smurf queue or high MMR, your order will be changed to a Solo division boost with an extra win. If not claimed within 48 hours, we may modify your order and assign the next available booster. Master tier win boosts have different conditions based on LP gain.
6.9. If the Service Provider wins less than 70% of Placement Matches, the User will receive a free division boost. This applies if the User purchases five or more matches. For fewer than five matches, compensation will match the number of losses the booster had during placements.
6.10. After completing a Boosting service, the User will get an electronic notification with proof, including a screenshot if necessary. The User is responsible for changing their account password after the service.
6.11. Boosting may violate Riot Games’ Terms of Service and could lead to actions against your account. While CarrotSmurfs takes strong measures to reduce risk, we are not responsible for any penalties or restrictions imposed by Riot Games or others.
7. Order Process for Premium Accounts
7.1. Agreement Validity:
- The agreement between the User and CarrotSmurfs for Premium Accounts remains valid until the purchased account is successfully delivered and confirmed by the User.
7.2. Account Delivery
- Account credentials are delivered securely through the Client Dashboard, order history, live chat, or email.
- Users are required to change the password immediately after receiving the account to ensure full ownership and security.
7.3. No Returns or Exchanges
- All Premium Account sales are final after delivery. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights for customers residing in the EU.
7.4. Completion Confirmation
- Once delivery is completed, an electronic notification is sent to the User. If no issue is reported within 24 hours, the order is automatically considered fulfilled and closed.
7.5. Warranty Coverage
- Each Premium Account includes a standard warranty covering normal usage during the warranty period.
- Due to recent updates to Riot Games’ detection and account security systems, Extended Lifetime Warranties are no longer offered. This ensures full compliance with current game policies and helps maintain account integrity.
7.6. Warranty Limitations
- The warranty does not cover bans or restrictions caused by toxic behavior, use of third-party software, or actions taken by the User that violate game developer terms.
7.7. Account Replacement Guarantee
- If a User loses access to their purchased Premium Account through no fault of their own during the warranty period, CarrotSmurfs guarantees a replacement account within 14 business days.
7.8. Liability Limitation
- CarrotSmurfs’ liability for any Premium Account purchase is limited to the original purchase price.
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including account bans or progress loss resulting from the User’s actions or external factors beyond our control.
8. Refund and Chargeback Policy for Boosting Services
8.1. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback for a completed or active service is a violation of these Terms. CarrotSmurfs may submit evidence to the payment provider and seek recovery of outstanding balances through lawful means.
8.2. Refund requests for Boosting Services must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase if the service has not started or the booster has not been assigned. Refunds will not be processed if any booster accepted the order.
8.2.1. The User is responsible for any payment provider fees that occur during the refund process.
8.2.2. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the submission of the request.
8.3. In certain cases not clearly stated, CarrotSmurfs reserves the right to issue either a full or partial refund at its discretion.
8.4.1. In such cases, the User agrees to cover any payment provider fees.
8.4.2. Refunds in these situations will be processed within 14 days from the request submission.
8.5. If a chargeback is filed for a completed service, the unpaid balance will be sent to a debt collection agency. The User will be responsible for any additional fees related to the chargeback, including debt collection agency costs.
CarrotSmurfs reserves the right to involve third-party debt collection agencies as permitted by U.S. law.
8.6. Boosting may violate Riot Games’ Terms and could result in penalties/Bans. CarrotSmurfs minimizes risks but is not liable for any resulting actions or restrictions.
8.6.1. If an account is banned after a boosting service is fully completed, no refund will be issued, as the service has already been delivered.
8.6.2. If an account is banned during an ongoing boost, a partial refund will be issued in store credits only for the uncompleted portion of the order. The completed portion of the service will not be refunded, as work was already performed by the booster.
9. Refund and Chargeback Policy for Premium Accounts
9.1. Premium Accounts sold by CarrotSmurfs are classified as digital content and are not eligible for withdrawal rights once the credentials have been delivered. All sales are final and non-refundable after delivery.
9.1.1. Delivery of account credentials constitutes completion of the digital product. Users waive the right of withdrawal for digital goods once delivery begins, where legally permitted.
9.2. Refund requests for Premium Accounts may be submitted within 48 hours of purchase, provided that the account credentials have not yet been delivered. Requests can be made through live chat or the contact form on our website.
9.3. Users acknowledge that any refund request may incur payment provider processing fees, which will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
9.4. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the request.
9.5. In exceptional cases, CarrotSmurfs may, at its sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund. In such cases, the User remains responsible for any payment provider fees.
9.6. If a User initiates a chargeback for a completed order, the outstanding amount will be forwarded to a debt collection agency, and the User agrees to cover all associated costs, including administrative and legal fees.
9.7. CarrotSmurfs is not responsible for chargebacks or disputes initiated after account delivery. Once the Premium Account credentials have been provided, ownership and full responsibility for account use transfer to the User.
9.8. Warranty Policy: Premium Accounts include a standard limited warranty covering normal usage only. Extended lifetime warranties are no longer available due to updates in Riot Games’ detection systems, and CarrotSmurfs cannot guarantee long-term account safety beyond the standard coverage period. If your account is banned due to actions such as account sharing, selling, or buying, you assume full responsibility, as these activities violate both Riot Games’ policies and our Terms of Service. CarrotSmurfs does not provide or reinstate lifetime warranties under any circumstances.
9.9. CarrotSmurfs is not liable for account bans, restrictions, or other penalties caused by User behavior, third-party software, or violations of Riot Games’ Terms of Service.
9.10. Purchased Premium Accounts are for personal use only. Reselling, transferring, or sharing these accounts with third parties without prior written consent from CarrotSmurfs is strictly prohibited.
9.11. In the event of a dispute regarding the purchase or use of a Premium Account, the User must first contact CarrotSmurfs’ support team to seek a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be governed by the laws of USA, and resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Liability of the Website
10.1 User Responsibility: Users are fully responsible for their actions while using the Website. CarrotSmurfs provides access to its platform but does not monitor User behavior or ensure the legality of their actions.
10.2 Limitation of Liability: CarrotSmurfs is only liable for direct damages proven to result from its fault in providing services. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or account restrictions, To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarrotSmurfs limits its liability to the amount paid for the service.
10.3 Exclusions: CarrotSmurfs is not liable for:
- Technical or connectivity issues on the User’s end.
- Website downtime due to maintenance or external factors.
- Email delivery failures or spam filtering.
- Damage caused by unauthorized software, malware, or third-party programs.
10.4 User Security: Users must maintain proper device and account security. CarrotSmurfs is not responsible for losses due to compromised accounts or weak security measures.
11. Payments & Complaints
11.1 Payment Methods: Payments can be made through trusted payment gateway providers.
11.2 Fees: CarrotSmurfs covers processing fees. Any extra fees from the User’s bank or provider are the User’s responsibility.
11.3 Failed Payments: CarrotSmurfs is not responsible for failed or declined transactions. Users must resolve such issues directly with their payment provider.
11.4 Refunds: Refunds for digital goods or services are available only before delivery or service initiation. Once completed, transactions are final. Refund requests must be submitted through official support channels, and any payment-provider fees will be deducted.
11.5 Complaints: Users can file complaints via live chat, Discord, or the contact form. CarrotSmurfs responds within 48 hours and reserves the right to make final decisions on complaint outcomes.
11.6 Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks for completed orders may result in debt collection and additional fees.
12. Role of the Website
- CarrotSmurfs provides only our own Premium Accounts and Boosting Services.
- We are not affiliated with Riot Games and are not responsible for any account actions or penalties taken by them.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
- All Website content, design, and materials belong to CarrotSmurfs or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to access the Website for personal use.

14. User Rules and Conduct

CarrotSmurfs reserves the right to monitor platform activity and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
In cases of serious violations, CarrotSmurfs may withhold the User’s or Booster’s account balance or funds as an administrative fee to cover investigation and enforcement costs.
14.2. Unauthorized Contact & Off-Platform Transactions:
To protect the integrity of our services, all communication between Users and Boosters must occur exclusively through CarrotSmurfs’ official platform and support channels. Any attempt to bypass the platform, conduct private arrangements, or initiate off-platform transactions is strictly prohibited.
This includes:
- Users contacting Boosters directly outside the platform
- Boosters contacting Users directly outside the platform
- Exchanging personal contact information (e.g., Discord, WhatsApp, email, social media)
- Arranging services or payments without CarrotSmurfs’ involvement
Violation of this rule will result in the immediate termination of both the User’s and the Booster’s accounts without refund.
For active orders:
- The remaining value of the order will be converted into Store Credit,
- And Store Credit may be withheld as an administrative fee to cover investigation, security, and enforcement costs.
CarrotSmurfs reserves the right to review the case and take any additional action deemed necessary, including permanently banning the accounts involved.
15. Final Provisions
15.1. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
15.2. International Users
- For customers residing outside the United States, mandatory consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction may apply. These rights are not affected by this Agreement.
15.3. Dispute Resolution
- Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, unless prohibited by law in the User’s jurisdiction.
15.4. Severability
- If any provision is found invalid, the remaining clauses will remain fully enforceable.
15.5. Modifications
- CarrotSmurfs may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication.
